ROST

Return On Sustainable Trust Cooperative

Regenerative Ownership & Social Transformation

ROST is legally structured as a non-profit economic association, not an “ideell förening” (voluntary association), because we believe women need more than support — we need ownership, voice, and business integrity.

As a member-led cooperative, ROST empowers women-led ventures to collaborate, co-own infrastructure, and reinvest into shared systems. While we do not distribute profits, this legal form gives us the tools to safeguard collective entrepreneurship and regenerative value creation.

We believe profit is essential for sustainability — while traditional non-profit models often treat sustainability as a cost.

We don’t fight for a seat. We build the table.

What Makes ROST Coop Different

At ROST Coop, we think differently. We don’t just support ideas — we build systems that our members co-own, grow, and sustain together. Our focus is on creating the economic infrastructure for long-term, inclusive, and shared success.

1. Belonging as Infrastructure

We don’t start with products or profit.
We begin with cultural identity and trust, building platforms where women feel seen, safe, and supported from the very beginning.

2. Ownership with Purpose

At ROST, members aren’t just participants — they’re co-owners.
Our business models are built on shared ownership, cooperative decision-making, and fair distribution of outcomes.

3. Storytelling with Accountability

Visibility at ROST is earned through truth and transparency, not advertising budgets.
Through Celine Talks, stories are used to build trust, deepen relationships, and reflect real values — not illusions.

4. Regeneration through Cooperation

Our revenue comes from commission-based commerce, collaborative partnerships, and international licensing — not extraction.
We grow through cooperation and shared value creation, both locally and globally.

ROST is different because we embed diversity, inclusion, and equity into the very structure of our business — making belonging the foundation of economic value.

ROST: A Story of Resilience, Cooperation, and Regenerative Innovation

ROST Coop was born from real experience — shaped by women entrepreneurs who encountered structural challenges while building businesses with purpose. Founded by Lucy Dahlgren, alongside a dedicated team of like-minded women, ROST emerged as a response to lost ownership, unequal systems, and the absence of long-term trust in traditional capitalisation models.

These women were more than founders — they were builders, investors in each other’s ideas, and believers in values-first business. When faced with adversity, they chose not to retreat but to redesign the system entirely. Together, they created ROST: a cooperative platform that redefines ownership, strengthens purpose-driven entrepreneurship, and offers a new path to growth — one based on shared value, trust, and resilience.

ROST is not just a business model — it’s a movement toward cultural belonging as infrastructure, and regenerative ownership as a future-ready foundation.
